EARLY PREGNANCY CONSULTATION

This includes resources and tips on care providers, resources and information about exercise and nutrition during pregnancy,
birth options, referrals and more. There is a lot to choose from. This consultation will guide you to have a deep knowledge
of your values, expectations, hopes and concerns, so that you can be informed and make empowered choices in preparation for
pregnancy, birth and parenting.
